Steps to make Veg Au Gratin:
  1. Chop all ingredients except Broccoli where florets are removed
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add butter. Once it melts add garlic. Saute Now add broccoli and all the vegetables. Add salt and pepper. You can also add herbs of your choice Keep aside.
  3. In the same pan take some butter. Add plain flour. Saute without forming lumps. Add little milk. Blend well. Add the remaining milk slowly. Add cheese spread, oregano, chilli flakes,salt,pepper Allow it to boil till it thickens
  4. In a microwave proof bowl first place the vegetables Pour the white sauce over it Add the grated cheese and bread crumbs Sprinkle hetbs
  5. Bake in the preheated microwave at 200° for 20-25 mins Let it cool
  6. In the meanwhile toast bread. I used a dosa pan gor this. Apply butter on both sides and toast it on a slow flame for 10 mins. It will be as good as that of a toaster
  7. Serve in a serving plate with toast.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
