  1. preheat oven to to 375
  2. wash your potatoes and chop them into bite size pieces. put them in a pot of water on the stove to boil.
  3. while your potatoes cook, keep busy :)
  4. put your meat, mushrooms, onions, cayenne pepper, 1 tbls all purpose seasoning, and about 1/2 tbls of minced garlic in to a frying pan on medium or medium high heat. cook until meat is cooked all the way through.
  5. strain the green beans and dump them into a 9X13 pan with the cream of mushroom soup. mix them together and spread out to cover bottom of the pan.
  6. pour meat mix over the top of the green beans
  7. by this time your potatoes should be soft. strain them and put back in pot. add milk, butter, 1 tbls all purpose seasoning, and about 1/2 tbls minced garlic. with a sturdy spoon mash them like your life depends on it!
  8. spread mashed potatoes over the top of everything else that should be in your pan at this point (if you know how to follow directions). evenly sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. pop this baby in the oven. it should only need to bake for for about 15-20 mins. just until cheese is melted and it is hot all the way through. let sit for about 5-10 or just start serving and enjoy
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
