  2. Sautee crushed garlic, add steak, and brown gently. Careful not to burn the garlic.
  3. Add sliced onions, bell peppers and continue to cook until vegetables are wilted.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth.
  5. Cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes.
  6. Combine water, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
  7. Stir into steak and cook until thickened.
  8. Serve over freshly cooked rice.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
