Dinner Rolls is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. Dinner Rolls is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook dinner rolls using 8 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Dinner Rolls:
  1. Get 4 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  2. Get 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  3. Take 1 tbsp active dry yeast or rapid rise yeast
  4. Get 1 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Get 3/4 cup Cool water
  6. Get 2/3 cup milk
  7. Make ready 4 tbsp unsalted butter/diced into 1 test pieces
  8. Get 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Steps to make Dinner Rolls:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°F
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix water, milk and butter in a separate bowl and heat to 115°F. Stir making sure butter is melted.
  4. Mix all ingredients together including the lemon juice. Knead until smooth and should be a little sticky. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Butter a 9×13 baking pan. Drop dough on it and square it off and level it out.
  6. Cut as evenly as possible into 16 squares. Brush tops with water and place in the oven, then turn oven off.
  7. Leave rolls in unopened oven for 20 minutes. Remove then preheat oven 375°F. Place back in oven for 12 to 16 minutes. Brush top of rolls with butter and serve hot…….oh yea !!!
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
