  1. Make ready 6-8 pav / square buns(dinner rolls)
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 medium size onions finely chopped
  3. Make ready 2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
  4. Prepare 1/3 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  5. Make ready 1 green chilli finely chopped
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  8. Make ready Cilantro/ coriander
  9. Get 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  10. Get Salt for taste
  11. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Take 1 tbsp salted butter
  13. Get 1 tbsp oil
  14. Get Lemon
Steps to make Masala pav:
  1. Cut each buns in 8 pieces and keep aside. Keep it closed until final use.
  2. Heat a pan, put oil and butter at same time. Let butter melt completely. Now add cumin seed and let it brown.
  3. Add onions and cook until it turns pink. Add ginger garlic paste cook for 2 mins until raw smell goes away. Add green chillies and stir. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and give a quick stir. Add tomatoes, green pepper and pav bhaji masala and salt. Stir and mash it with potato masher.
  4. Let it cook until oil oozes. Mash it one more time and add half of cilantro. Add buns and stir until all buns are coated with gravy. Garnish with remaining cilantro. Squeeze lemon and Serve hot 🥵
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
